Rs 1000	Send us up to 8 photographs of your property PLUS a full write up which includes all of the information you wish to place on your advert. We will then create you a Villa Renters account and place your ad on their site and ours
Rs 4000	We will attend your property, take pics, and do a complete write up of the property. Once the contect is agreed with you we will place the ad on the Villa Renters system and ours.

It is always beneficial to advertise your property to rent on more than one web site to increase exposure to your target
audience. We offer you the service to have a FREE advert for your property placed on our site.

All you have to do is sign up to Villa Renters.
Once you are registered with them then place your ad with them. To know more about their site click here

Once your add is sucessfully on their rental database, e mail us with your owner code reference and we will access the system
and transfer that advert to our website also. There is no charge for this service.

Dont have time to do that?

No problem, for a small fee we can do that for you if you can provide us with all of the personal information that Villa Renters
require in order to process your bookings and send payments to you.

We are not a rental agency therefore we do not hold a database of properties to rent, we do not arrange for guests to stay in
your property, all of the enquiries for rental are directed to you the owner via Rental Systems

It is the responsibility of the owner to comply with all laws of the Goa state and to pay necessary taxes on any rental income
earned to the required authorities.
