Prices are based on properties based in the following
locations:-
Colva, Benaulim, Majorda
Maximum 4 adults plus reasonable size
luggage can be collected from the airport.
Above 4 people will incur an extra
taxi charge.
Guests will be met at apartments between 8am and 7pm.
Opening of apartment outside of
these ours will incur Rs200 charge.
Gold 2 week, silver and bronze laundry packs are based on a
2week stay, if additional weeks are
required additional charges will apply.
Cleaning is not carried out on departure as it is done prior
to guests arrival.
If a full clean is required on
departure the advertised clea rate per
property is charged for this.
Room cleaning/laundry during guests being present will consist
of sweeping floors wiping bathrooms,
rubbish removal and wiping surfaces.
No personal work such as guests
dish washing, tidying guests personal
belongings will be undertaken.
Only bedding and towels will be
removed for laundry.
Each property must be fully equipped with adequate cleaning
equipment, cleaning materials, provisions
for guests such as toilet rolls etc.
A welcome pack can be provided in
each property for guests (see above table)
at the above prices if required.
When cleaning items are required,
the person responsible for paying the
cleaning/mainenance bills for the property
is invoiced accordingly.
XE.com shall be used as a guide to exchange rate for payments
at a time agreed by both parties.
All charges shall be invoiced to the person responsible for
paying the cleaning/maintenance bill.
Please do not ask guests to pay
money here directly for services unless
special circumstances prevail.
Cleaning and laundry will be carried at a suitable time to
suit Abra Casa.
