Rental advertising 

Do you own a property in Goa and want it to earn money for you when it is empty?

We have several packages that may suit you:

Place a paid advert on our site

1.       This will cost you Rs 900 per year.  This is a one off payment and non refundable should you take your property off the rental market.

      You send us 4 photographs of the property and a complete write up including details of fixtures and fittings.  We will add these details to our web site and ALL enquiries will come personally to your e mail.  We will not track your responses or ask for commission for any leads you receive from us.

      OR

2.      For a charge of Rs 4000 we will go and take the pics for you, and do a complete write up of the property. We will then place the advert on our web site.  Each year after that the normal Rs 900 fee applies. Again ALL enquiries will go directly to you and we charge no commission on rentals.

3.       You send us the photographs and write up and pay nothing for the advert.  In return WE deal with the rental enquiries and take the payment (as agreed with yourself).  We then forward the payment on to you minus 15% commission.  This is payable regardless of the length of stay. 

      If photographs/write up is required, Rs600 is payable for this. In addition to advertising your property we also offer property management  please see www.srgoaproperty.com/maintenance. We can get the apartment ready for guests, sort out laundry, hold keys, visit and air in monsoon.  

      We also offer a handbook service.  For a small fee per year Rs1350 we will produce a handbook relevant to your property and the area and place it in your property for guests, keep it looking good and undamaged.  It will be updated yearly and presented in a very neat folder.
