This 1 bed apartment is ideally located to serve all of your holiday requirements in North Goa.  It is located within a purpose built complex of apartments and villas which spreads over 7500sqm.  The apartment is nestled in the serene and sublime openness of paddy fields, salt pans and fish ponds.  The tranquil setting gives rise to rest and relaxation. 

However just on the doorstep (within 2 mins walk) is the up and coming market village of Arpora.  There you will find a supermarket, post office, barbers, tailors, fresh fruit and vegetable shops, beauty parlours and more.  Facilities in that area also include numerous bars and restaurants catering for all tourists therefore all types of food and beverages are also within walking distance.  In addition to those, Arpora also plays host to tourist related stores selling you quality leather goods/clothing at reasonable rates.  

Within 1km there is a purpose built water park which is ideal for the children.  The famous Baga and Calangute beaches are just 1.5km away where close by there are numerous banks/ATM machines and money changing facilities.

The apartment was completed in 2007 and built to a very high European standard with top quality finishing. It has 1 bedroom 1 bathroom and a living cum dining room with a balcony overlooking the pool.  Included is a power back up facility so that power cuts do not spoil your holiday, solar water heating.  There is a ceiling fan in the living room and an air conditioning unit in the bedroom.

The fully fitted kitchen contains a gas hob extractor, toaster, kettle, fridge and washing machine.  All plates and cutlery are provided.  A water filter is also there to ensure unlimited drinking water is available.

The bathroom is very modern and has a granite work surface and inset sink with hot and cold water.  The shower is enclosed in a glass shower screen and also has constant hot water.  Towel rails and accessories are provided.

The bedroom has one double bed, one double built in wardrobe with a drawer unit and safe.  There is also a dressing table cum desk and chair.  Bedside tables and bedside wall lamps are also provided.

On the balcony there is a small table and chairs so that you can sit and relax watching the view over the pool and the serene paddy fields beyond.

All bath towels/hand towels and bed linen are provided.  Guests are requested to bring their own beach towels.

The pool is large and is safe for children as there is shallow water.  Sun beds are provided around the pool for guests use.  There is 24 hour security available and a site manager.

You will be met at the apartment by a UK National property representative who will guide you through the facilities and the area and will also be available for assistance during your stay to ensure you get the most out of your holiday.

This pack will be in the apartment on arrival to save you the problem of having to find the shops straight away.

Airport Transfer - £12 each way.  This is payable on booking.  You will be met at the airport by a representative who will take you directly to the apartment. This price is for 4 adults plus luggage.

Cleaning and Laundry - The apartment is cleaned prior to arrival and is fully equipped with cleaning items and a front loading automatic washing machine for your use during your stay.  If you however wish to have the cleaning and laundry done for you during your holiday this can be requested at the time of booking.

Cost - £25 for 2 cleans and linen change (apt sheets and towels)  per week during a period of a 2 week stay and laundry on departure. Further packages available, please enquire at times of booking.

How to get there

Arpora is approximately 45 minutes from Dabolim airport with regular direct flights or via Mumbai from a number of UK airports.

Approx return flight from the UK £350 to £450.

Local taxis are always available best to negotiate price before travel.

You will need a visa before travel.

Bikes and cars are available to hire locally.  An international driving permit is advised when considering this option.  Please see RAC or AA websites for information on IDP's and how to get one for very little cost.

Conditions

Not suitable for small children – no cot nor highchair.  The apartment is located on the 2nd floor, there is no wheelchair access.
