The apartment is on the second/top floor with high ceilings and glorious views.  It is within a small gated complex and is surrounded by pretty landscaped gardens.  There is a generous sized swimming pool and a small gym for personal use.

Accommodation comprises of a fully tiled shower room with European style WC.  Constant hot water is supplied by solar power and has an electric back up.  The bedroom is furnished with a four poster double bed, fitted wardrobes and an overhead fan.  There is a bay window and French doors leading to a verandah with views over the pools and gardens.  Open plan kitchen/living area.  The kitchen has granite worktops, ample cupboard space, fridge/freezer, gas hob, microwave and standby electrical inverter.

The living area consists of a sofa bed for two people, overhead fans, dining table and four chairs, TV, bay window and two sets of French doors which lead onto a second verandah with far reaching views overlooking cashew nut and coconut groves.

The area

Siolim is quiet and peaceful but close enough to all of Goa's famous attractions.  The Villa Tina is only a short taxi ride to some of the most beautiful and unspoilt beaches in Goa.  If you prefer something a little livelier, Baga and Calangute are nearby.

Mapusa is the nearest town with a lively market and shops - again only a short taxi ride away.  There are also plenty of small local shops in the area for your everyday produce.

• All towels and linen are provided.
• Linen will be changed and the apartment cleaned once a week.
• A laundry service is available at a small extra cost (off site)

How to get there

Villa Tina is approximately one hour from Dabolim Airport.  Pick up and return from the airport is available if required at a cost of £15 each way for a maximum of four people.

We strongly advise that you take out travel insurance in the event of cancellation.  We require 30% deposit at the time of booking with the remainder to be paid two weeks before departure.  We also require a refundable (following damage inspection) deposit of £100.  This ensures that the property is respected by all and that the high standard is maintained.


Local taxis are always available and it is best to negotiate price before travel.
